2008 Silverstone Tyres BRC Challenge

Regulations now available

The 2008 Silverstone Tyres BRC Challenge regulations are now available to download from the website at www.rallybrcstars.co.uk.

The name may have changed but the support from Silverstone Competition Tyres remains unfaltering, as the prize fund including winner’s free entries on the 2009 BRC and Rally GB prize drive, remains unchanged.

With a revised name comes a revised format, allowing larger capacity cars to compete, but with the new scoring system anyone can still win if they excel in their class. The classes have been extended to include three capacity groups; 1400, 1600 and 2000 cc limits are set with the 1400s loosely split into FIA and MSA eligible cars as in 2007.

For all the information follow the “Competitors” page at www.rallybrcstars.co.uk and click the 2008 BRC Challenge Regulations link to download the pdf.
