The Fiesta Sporting Trophy is designed for both young ambitious drivers and more experienced drivers, co-drivers and teams who want to compete with a package of equal competition on a professional level with low costs. It is possibly the most exciting and challenging way to enter national rallying and experience rallying from its basics.

Giving every Competitor a great opportunity to enjoy competitive motorsport in a well-supported environment, the championship provides excellent conditions for experienced drivers, co-drivers and teams and will help the most talented and deserving drivers to the highest levels of competition and guide their way to a professional rally career.

The Fiesta SportingTrophy can be considered as the basic level of rally competition, the 1st step on the ladder. With regards to eligibility criteria (National B licence), investment, performance, cost and travel requirement, the Fiesta SportingTrophy offers a platform for rallying novices with aspiration to compete in higher classes like S1600 and WRC.

A set of Fiesta Sporting Trophys in several European countries in 2006 reflected the high popularity of this Ford Fiesta One Make Championship. Uniformed sets of regulations guarantee equal competition between all European Competitors, who get the chance to compete as guest drivers on international level to gain an unparalleled amount of experience in competing against fellow Fiesta Sporting Trophy competitors.
